Went for dinner with four adults. The food was pretty bland. The fish tacos were very good. We’ve been here many times to eat and I don’t know that we will go back.
New favorite Mexican restaurant! Everything we ordered came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Drinks were great too. I only wish we had room for dessert! We will definitely return for another great meal soon!
Went for Main line restaurant week on a Tuesday night and the place was almost empty but I don't understand because the food was delicious and great service. I would definitely recommend. Also you get a bottle of wine or pitcher of margaritas with two dinners.
Very casual yet chic restaurant hidden away in Chadds Ford. My husband and I went around 8-8:30pm just on a whim. It wasn't as busy as I expected for a Friday night so I don't think as many people know about this place as they should. It was fantastic. We had great service, very attentive. They had a lot of fun cocktails and options for margaritas (both by the glass and pitcher). Food was delicious and incredibly fresh. Very reasonably priced for what you get also. We will definitely tell everyone we can about this place and rest assured we'll be back.
Don't come here expecting good Mexican food -- it's a "concept" restaurant run by someone who has no idea how to make it seem real or taste good. (The list of Italian dishes on the back of the short menu is just one hint.)
Our experience was off-putting -- we were led to a table in a largely empty room, then ignored by 3 or 4 staff members chatting with their backs to us. New arrivals were seated at tables right next to ours, which was odd, and the loud music (not Mexican, maybe "ethnic"?) was frequently interrupted by advertisements. Nice touch.
We ordered margaritas and were surprised to see them served in clunky highball glasses; the owners didn't bother to invest in barware to carry out their theme. Or in decor, for that matter -- wooden bread troughs on the walls? Maybe they had some relevance to the prior business.)
We'd have overlooked all this if the food had been good, but it wasn't. The margaritas were both disappointing -- a bartender's poor riff on a usually delicious drink. And the appetizer we planned to start the meal with was, too -- a small platter of nachos that wasn't hot and didn't have much taste, which we needed to stretch with a blanket of chips (for an extra $6.)
By that point, we decided we'd wasted enough money -- higher than justified prices were the final insult.
If you're looking for a place to get a good meal on Route 1, just keep going. There are more, better, choices ahead.
Delicious tacos! I highly recommend the mahi mahi tacos if you like fish; I’ll definitely be back to have them again. Our table also loved the seafood quesadillas. Friendly, quick service on a Friday night, too!
My date and I were both new to this place. Fancy Mexican food is how I would describe it. Servers were attentive, Margherita's were small but Nachos, Chicken Tacos and Steak and Chicken Fajitas with Rice and Beans were good. I wouldn't request to to go back there, but if someone suggested it, I'd go.
Great ambience in a rural PA. Stopped by for lunch after my bi-annual visit to Longwood Gardens. Place was next to empty which worked out great because the staff was even more attentive. Courteous and welcoming staff and even better food.
Tacos de coliflor was excellent with the added touch of avocado 🤤. My partner had the Tacos de pescado and loved hers. Black beans and rice were very well made. Kenneth Square Mushrooms reminded me why I loved mushrooms when cooked/seasoned well. Everything was moderately priced. Not the price of getting it in Mexico, but surely matched the quality of the food, service, and ambiance!
